If for any reason you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, you can:
When you order a composting toilet or composting toilet supplies from us, you enter into a contract of sale. If you are not satisfied with the goods or change your mind, you have the right to cancel (revoke) this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons.
You can cancel your order within fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party you designate which is not the carrier, has received the last part or the last element in your order.

We will not refund additional delivery costs if you initially chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery rate offered by us.
When you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us immediately, or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. This deadline is respected when you send the goods before the end of the deadline of 14 days.
You bear the direct cost of returning all your goods in the new and unused condition they were delivered to you. We will not refund any return delivery costs. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to damage incurred beyond the purpose of you checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
